Surveyor

EPI Power is hiring a Surveyor for an exciting data center project in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This role is crucial in ensuring precision in construction layout and point management. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for converting designs from Revit and AutoCAD Civil 3D into precise field layout points, playing a key role in quality control, compliance, and as-built documentation. The ideal candidate is open to travel and/or relocation based on upcoming project needs.

This role requires the ability to work 6 days per week, typically Monday – Saturday.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist with surveying tasks and support the field team as needed
• Operate surveying equipment, including total stations (Leica)
• Ensure accurate measurements and data collection for construction and project needs
• Collaborate with project teams to support safe and efficient workflow

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Ability to operate a total station (Leica)
• Any college degree
• Good English communication skills
• Willingness to work in Cedar Rapids, QTS
• Full-time availability, including Saturdays
• Must be able to relocate if required for other projects
