Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a talented Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to join our dynamic and growing Building Consultancy team in London. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work with a diverse client base, delivering a broad range of commercial consultancy services while taking on greater responsibility in project management, client relations, and team leadership.

We are seeking a commercially aware, self-motivated, and enthusiastic individual with strong communication and negotiation skills. This is a client-facing role, so a proactive, service-driven approach is essential. The ideal candidate will be:

• MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) with a background in Building Surveying.
• Methodical, diligent, and highly organised, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experienced in handling a range of commercial consultancy services.

You will be involved in delivering a variety of core Building Surveying services, including:

• Dilapidations
• Technical Due Diligence
• Contract Administration
• Planned Preventative Maintenance

Preferred (but not essential) experience in:

• Construction/Development Monitoring
• Reinstatement Cost Assessments
• Party Wall & Neighbourly Matters
