Summary:

• Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, VMs, networks, and data storage.
• Lead and mentor the IT systems team, assign tasks, ensure best practices, and promote professional development.
• Provide advanced technical support, ensuring high performance, security, and availability of IT systems.
• Manage IT projects such as system upgrades, network improvements, and technology integrations, delivering on schedule.
• Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements:

• Typically requires advanced technical education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree).
• 9+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., PhD + 4 years, Master’s + 7 years, or 13 years’ related work experience).
• Current Full Scope Polygraph (FSP).
• System Administration experience with Linux/Unix or Windows platforms.
• 5+ years troubleshooting complex network issues.
• 5+ years communicating technical information to customer representatives in various forums, both written and verbal.
• Extensive experience with RedHat Linux and Microsoft Windows servers, including installation, configuration, administration, and troubleshooting.
• Proven skills in managing, optimizing, and securing server environments for high availability, performance, and scalability.
• Proficiency with virtualization, automation, and patch management across platforms to create integrated IT infrastructures.
• In-depth knowledge of Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) standards, including Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Expertise in system hardening by applying STIGs to mitigate vulnerabilities and comply with military and federal cybersecurity requirements.
• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
