This is an onsite position in Arlington, VA.

Salary: $85k per year

The contractor will be responsible for providing system administration functions for the DEA, which includes but are not limited to the following:

Coordinate amongst sections within and outside of FS to document system/automation requirements and needs.
Prepare written training guides for systems developed and record video tutorials/demonstrations as needed
Assist Section Chief with IT and system related goals, such as analyzing current business processes and identifying possible areas of automation.
Take system requirements to developer and assist with formulating system looks, design, and workflows.
Perform system testing, to include documentation of testing scrips, pass/fail, and working directly with developer or areas of need identified in testing.
Perform regression testing, same steps as above.
May require travel to review system functions for other offices or outside agencies to develop and design internal systems with similar functionality but to meet FS business related needs.
Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications including PowerApps, Lists, PowerAutomate, Forms, and SharePoint 365.
