<div class="isg-job-description“>*A large Beverage company in **Corona**, CA is hiring a System Administrator II -the highest technical support layer for their global IT infrastructure. This role is a direct permanent hire and is a great long term Hybrid Remote opportunity! *
*Job Description:*
* Provide operational support for 600 Windows Servers (Windows Server 2016 and newer) and 120 SUSE Linux servers (SLES 12 and SLES 15), including patching, performance monitoring, and ensuring service availability.
* Manage and upgrade VMware VCenter (v7+) and 40+ ESXi hosts.
* Administer Omnissa Horizon VDI pools and Remote Desktop Services (RDS).
* Handle Tier 3 escalations and resolve complex incidents and requests.
* Perform root-cause analysis and service restoration using tools for backup, restore, failover, log interpretation, and performance monitoring.
* Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for system administration tasks to meet security and compliance requirements.
* Manage and upgrade Dell EMC Unity storage arrays.
* Collaborate with development, security, and project teams to implement new systems and services.
* Create automation scripts and processes to improve scalability and efficiency.
*Qualifications:*
* 5-7+ years as a System Administrator with deep expertise in Windows Server 2016 or newer.
* 5+ years managing and troubleshooting Linux environments, specifically SUSE Linux (SLES 12 and SLES 15) at scale.
* Hands-on experience with VMware environments and storage arrays, including VCenter, ESXi hosts, and Dell EMC Unity systems.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft enterprise technologies (Active Directory, GPO, DHCP, DNS, DFS, Print Services, File Shares).
* Ability to write advanced PowerShell automation scripts.
* Experience administering Omnissa/VMware Horizon VDI.
* Familiarity with Cisco UCS hardware and SAN storage solutions.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
