The Talent Acquisition Partner will play a key role in driving recruitment efforts at Holcim Building Envelope. This position will collaborate closely with HR, hiring managers, and leadership to attract, recruit, and retain top talent. The TA Partner will also contribute to developing and implementing strategic hiring initiatives to enhance recruitment efficiency and improve the overall candidate experience.
This is a hybrid role (4 days in-office, 1 day remote).
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Attract, recruit, screen, and interview candidates.
Recommending placement of internal and external candidates.
Evaluate and modify existing talent acquisition processes, policies, and procedures to provide a seamless candidate experience.
Investigate and determine employee needs within the business.
Plan and administer employee referral programs.
Use HRIS, Recruitment Marketing tools and social media to execute open roles.
Source and find candidates qualified for open positions, find bottlenecks in recruiting process, and utilize methods for hard to fill roles.
Leads projects or processes of diverse scope, while working independently with limited supervision
Design, plan, and execute selection processes (conduct interviews and screening calls, administer assessment tests, etc.)
Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events.
Reviews employment applications and background check reports
Plan and build strategies for improving the candidate’s experience and suggest measures for improving employee retention.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field.
At least eight years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner or in a related role.
Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employment branding.
Familiarity with a variety of selection methods (interviews, assignments, assessment tools, etc.)
Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media platforms and job boards.
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management across the organization and externally, including negotiation and influence skills.
Strong relationship management skills, including partnering and consulting and conflict resolution.
Strong people and project management skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
