Location: York, North Yorkshire
Salary: £125 – £160 per dayStart Date: September 2025GSL Education are seeking a well-qualified and passionate Teacher of Psychology to join a thriving Secondary School from September 2025.Teacher of Psychology Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality lessons in Psychology to students at various levels.
• Employ a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Use assessment to inform teaching and support student progress.
• Develop and enhance teaching materials, resources, and activities to promote an enriched learning experience.
• Contribute to the wider academic and pastoral life of the school.

Teacher of Psychology Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• A degree in Psychology or a closely related subject.
• Proven experience teaching Psychology at secondary levels.
• Passion for fostering a positive and stimulating learning environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
• Hold an enhanced child workforce DBS, registered on the update service, or be willing to obtain one through GSL Education.
