It’s an ideal way to build confidence, gain insight into the profession, and decide whether teaching is the right career path for you.About the RoleAs a Cover Supervisor in a Bristol secondary school, you will:

• Lead classes during short-term teacher absences.
• Ensure students complete pre-set work in a focused, positive learning environment.
• Manage classroom behaviour and encourage student engagement.
• There is no requirement for lesson planning, marking, or active teaching—your role is to supervise and guide students.
