Teaching Assistant – Full Time – North London – Immediate StartAre you an empathetic individual with a passion for guiding young minds? We have a wonderful opportunity for you to become a full-time Teaching Assistant (TA) at a flourishing Special Educational Needs (SEN) primary school in North London.Our client, a highly-regarded primary SEN school, is seeking a committed TA to support and motivate students with PMLD. These students may have complex learning needs, and your role will be pivotal in helping them navigate their educational journey within a nurturing environment.Responsibilities Include:

• Assisting PMLD students, ensuring they are able to engage with the curriculum in a meaningful way.
• Providing emotional support and implementing effective behaviour management strategies.Adapting learning materials to meet each student’s unique needs.
• Collaborating closely with teachers and SENCO to monitor and evaluate students progress.
• Encouraging students independence and self-confidence, while maintaining a safe, positive learning environment.
