Teaching Assistants Required at SEN School in Haywards Heath.We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic educational team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment where you can make a real difference in the lives of their students.Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering engaging lessons and supporting students’ learning needs.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students, helping them to achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere that encourages student participation and confidence.
• Help with the preparation of classroom materials and resources.
• Support the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) for students with additional needs.
• Collaborate with teachers and other staff to monitor student progress and contribute to their development.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for supporting students’ growth and learning.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is desirable, but not essential.
