What You’ll Do:

PLP’s Senior Leadership Team is at the forefront of driving our strategic vision, and we are looking for a dynamic, creative, and highly organized Team Assistant to support them, focussing on our Communications and Engagement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside a passionate and talented team at the forefront of sports production.

Role Overview:

As the Team Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the team in executing a variety of internal communications and engagement projects. This position requires an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys being creative, and is passionate about contributing to a diverse range of rewarding initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing daily administrative tasks, coordinating projects, meetings and events, handling logistics and ensuring smooth communication both across the department and externally to our partners. Your ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities Include But Not Limited To:

Administrative Support

• Responsible for creating and collating proposals, documentation and presentations with a keen creative eye (inc. proof reading, research and presentation design within template)
• Assist with the creation, publication and distribution of departmental documentation
• Taking ownership of departmental databases, subscriptions, diaries and soft filing
• Be a key point of contact for any general enquires from both internal and external clients and suppliers
• Responsible for organising, and booking catering and meeting rooms, for various meetings
• Provide key administrative and general support to the Premier League Productions Comms and Engagement team and Senior management team
• Duties will include staff engagement admin, diary management, meeting minutes and agendas, travel arrangements, processing expenses, etc.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Assist in devising and delivering events to engage staff e.g. social events, (including developing a social calendar), training programme and Experience Days.

You Will Have The Following Strengths:

• Highly proficient in command of presentation software including PowerPoint presentations and/or Adobe Creative Suite software (inc. Photoshop)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills – There will be regular internal contact with the Premier League, its member clubs and senior representatives of our broadcast partners. In support of the comms team, you will need to be adept at proof-reading and quality control of documentation across a variety of platforms.
• Organisational skills that enable the individual to prioritise a varied workload. Priorities will often change to dictate focus of work – the candidate must have the ability to handle competing demands and last minute changes effectively.
• Experienced administrative support.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information and exercise discretion.
