Location: Manitowoc

Department: Paint Department

Schedule: Monday-Friday 6am – 2pm with Occasional overtime

Competitive base wages starting at $21.50/hour.

Job Summary: Are you a motivated leader with a sharp eye for quality, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to excellence? At KI, we are seeking a lead for our paint department to guide and support our dynamic team in Manitowoc, WI.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operation of the automatic paint booth to ensure efficiency and precision
• Mentor and support team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement
• Ensure high-quality standards in powder coat Application and efficient color changes
• Troubleshoot and maintain equipment to optimize performance and minimize downtime
• Collaborate with departments to maintain production flow and meet deadlines
