As a Team Leader, you will coordinate technical support within a team of Technicians aligned to specific product lines. While this is not a line management role, you will supervise operational tasks, ensuring service delivery and acting as the first point of contact for team queries. We value teamwork and efficiency in everything we do.What You’ll Be DoingBe responsible for and coordinate technical support within the team, ensuring workflow and adherence to company standardsLead assigned projects and supply to team initiativesAssist in the creation and processing of client and broking documents, including slips, quotes, and endorsementsMaintain records and ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirementsMonitor team output to maintain service and quality standardsSupport the broking team by providing technical assistanceAct as a point of escalation for team queries and urgent issuesTrain and mentor junior team membersDevelop relationships with business units and clientsEnsure compliance with internal policies and regulatory obligationsWho We’re Looking ForExperience in a similar role within the insurance sectorTechnical knowledge of insurance processes and proceduresAttention to detail and ability to produce accurate documentationInterpersonal and prioritisation skillsAbility to communicate optimally with stakeholdersProactive and motivatedExperience in training or mentoring team membersWillingness to work towards professional qualificationsQualificationsGCSEs (or equivalent) including English and MathsA-Levels (Grade A-C) or equivalentProgression towards professional qualifications is desirable but not crucialWe believe in supporting our teams and helping them develop their skills to succeed.What do we offer in return?A career that you define.
