About the RoleIn this fully remote BA role, you’ll work closely with our Principal Engineer to define, document, and implement AI solutions that elevate business processes and drive impactful change.
As the Business Analyst focused on AI projects, you’ll take ownership of prompt engineering efforts, stakeholder engagement, and essential documentation, ensuring our AI solutions are efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs.Key Responsibilities
Documentation & Specifications: Create clear, effective documentation and specifications that guide the development and deployment of AI solutions.
Stakeholder Engagement: Lead workshops and engage diverse stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals.
AI Solution Optimisation: Continuously improve AI outputs through prompt engineering and solution optimisation.
Project Management: Balance multiple AI-driven projects, delivering solutions on time to boost operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and product functionality.Experience & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally with exposure to AI projects.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and its role in AI model optimisation.
• Skilled in creating business requirements documents, process flows, and analysis artefacts.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective engagement with both technical and non-technical teams.
