Technical Business Analyst – Financial Services
Location: Birmingham, West Midlands (Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site per week)
Salary: up to £55,000 + excellent benefits

This hybrid role is ideal for someone with a proven background in financial services, experienced in user integration and large-scale migration projects involving Microsoft 365 and Azure platforms.About the Role
As part of the IT and Business Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering business-critical technology solutions. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and technical teams to support digital transformation and operational improvement across enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience of user journeys, system integration, and technology delivery within regulated financial environments.Key Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with significant experience in financial services (banking, accountancy. insurance, asset management, etc.)
• Strong understanding of user integration planning and execution, including stakeholder engagement and user readiness
• Demonstrable experience with large-scale migration projects to Microsoft 365 and Azure
• Broad knowledge of the full project lifecycle, from requirement gathering to delivery and optimisation
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Certifications such as CBAP, PMP, or ITIL are advantageous

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and proactive analyst to lead high-impact projects in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
