Job Title: Senior Technical Business Analyst
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a strong digital background and a passion for delivering impactful projects?We’re excited to offer an opportunity to join our team as a Senior Business Analyst, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving product delivery excellence, particularly within the healthcare sector.Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
• Utilize your expertise with Jira to manage project requirements, workflows, and delivery timelines.
• Lead and facilitate workshops to gather and refine business requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Drive the successful delivery of product-focused projects, ensuring they meet stakeholder expectations and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution, from ideation to deployment.
• Leverage your digital expertise to identify opportunities for transformation and innovation, especially in healthcare-related initiatives.

About You:We’re looking for someone who can bring a combination of technical skills, industry knowledge, and strategic thinking to the role. You’ll ideally have:

• Technical proficiency in Jira, with the ability to manage complex projects and workflows.
• A strong background in digital transformation, with hands-on experience in delivering innovative solutions.
• Previous experience in the healthcare sector is highly desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of an organization.
• A track record of successful product delivery, showcasing your ability to manage priorities and deliver results under pressure.
