Job Description
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER is primarily responsible for the following:
development and management of Learning Services in support of the overall CBE Targets; and establish and maintain effective policies, procedures and systems geared towards customer satisfaction and achievement of business objectives
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
Financial:
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER ensures the achievement of the financial
objectives set for the year. The achievement of financial objectives is supported by anticipation of
requirements, monitoring of revenue projection and analysis of variances.
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER screens potential business deals by analysing
market strategies, deal requirements, potential and financials.
Customer
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER ensures that the Customer Feedback is
monitored, measured and improved.
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER ensures the timely response and actions to
Customer Concerns are given.
Internal Process
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER maintains product management staff by
recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees;
approves projects and its content in synergy with technical experts within the SGS Network.
maintains product management staff job results by counselling and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring and appraising job result;
ensures to understand and keep up-to-date with constant developments in the Philippine Market.
identifies new areas for product development, identify new technologies, licensing and partnership
opportunities;
shall collaborate with professional services and other support teams to ensure successful
implementation; and
to inject innovative ideas to make the PH KN processes more streamlined.
Learning and Growth
The TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER conducts Training Needs Analysis (TNA) for his/her
team at least once a year. The results of TNA will be converted to Training Requirements and implemented
and improved throughout the process. At the minimum, the training plan shall include motivational programs
and process streamlining courses (e.g. Quality and Technological Awareness, Value Stream Mapping, Six
Sigma and Problem Solving Tools)
On top of the training plan established for the year, the TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY/ESG MANAGER
conducts has to consistently identify Training Courses to ensure continuing professional development of
his/her team members.
General
The appropriate controls are implemented to achieve Balanced Scorecard.
Other related duties may be assigned either in support of the department goal or for his/her personal or
professional training, education or development as programmed by the CBE business division manager.
Qualifications
Basic Knowledge of Statistical Tools is a must
College Graduate
Four (4) years related experience in Business Development, Product Management or R&D
Able to work with Balanced Scorecard and its perspectives
