Oracle Consulting practice in EY, a part of the ERP Consulting services, provides consulting services to clients with a focus on Enterprise Integration, Business Intelligence and Governance, Risk and Compliance solutions. We assist clients in the successful deployment of Oracle’s full suite of enterprise applications which includes Oracle eBusiness Suite, Fusion (HCM cloud, CRM cloud, infra on cloud) Siebel, PeopleSoft, Primavera, and Hyperion product ranges.

We help to clients throughout the life cycle of an ERP deployment, starting from package selection, RFP creation, vendor selection, program management and program office setup, ERP implementation, Process mapping, pre-Implementation review, post implementation review and support. Our solutions and services are aimed to provide solutions in areas of Financial Management, Human Resources Management, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Customer Relationship Management and Corporate Performance Management.

The Opportunity

Rapid Innovation is recruiting for an Oracle Technical Consultant to join our rapidly expanding Technology Consulting team in Jordan.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Administrator technical ERP support and provide resolution to technical ERP errors raised by the user.
• Develop custom EPR forms, Modules, and reports.
• Configure and implement standard/ custom ERP modules.
• Develop solution in accordance with the application architecture and coding standards.
• Liaise with users for the development, testing, and implementation of reports/ forms/ modules.
• Identify and implement opportunities in the solution that will drive improvements in performance, scalability, reliability, and re-usability. Continue to drive down technical debt and cost of operations/support with the latest cutting-edge technologies and newer development methods & strategies.
• Work as part of the technical team to design, build and test OIC integrations in line with the overall project plans to ensure quality deliverables that enable the team to hit defined project milestones.
• Working with Functional Consultants to understand and review the feasibility of business requirements.
• Should be able to analyze requirements, determine technical level of effort and prepare technical design and specifications.
• Contribute significantly to design discussions, devising integration strategies covering file based (FBDI/BICC/Custom), messaging (OCI Streaming, MQ), API (REST/Web Services).
• Experience of developing applications in Apex
• Develop inbound and outbound Integrations for Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Extending/Customizing the Oracle Fusion Application to enhance user experience and meet business needs.
• Generate ad hoc reports/queries, supporting business needs.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Sound knowledge of standard and custom modules of Oracle.
• Sound knowledge of technical ERP development and tools and technique.
• PL/ SQL, Bi Publisher, Oracle Developer Suite, Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Workflow Development and Customization.
• Creation and customization of Reports (BI Publisher, OTBI, Dashboards)
• Strong knowledge of ETL, BI, Data Warehouse.
• Knowledge on the latest technologies in Automation, Data Analytics, DevOps and API’s will be an added advantage.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in Oracle ERP application development using Oracle PaaS, such as Visual Builder or Process Builder or Identity Cloud Services (IDCS) or Adapters from Oracle Fusion ERP
• Must have strong knowledge in RICE components Reports, Interfaces, Conversions and Form Personalization.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
• Minimum 2 to 3 Oracle Fusion Project Implementations.
• Specializes in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Oracle Fusion Applications.
• Proficient in Oracle Cloud platform, encompassing OCI (Cloud shell, Object Storage, ATP) and Oracle SaaS (Oracle Fusion SCM/Finance modules)
• Proficient in Oracle Integration Cloud (versions 2 and 3), showcasing expertise in Integrations, Processes, and VBCS. Knowledge of B2B and CMK is advantageous.
• Experience in Oracle JDeveloper, Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF).
• Hands-on experience on customizing/extending Oracle fusion Application using Page/Application Composer.
• Should have knowledge of Data Migration using FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, HSDL, HCM Extract and Web Service etc.
• Strong skills in relevant technologies like XML, JSON, XSLT, JavaScript, Groovy, Expression Language, SOAP/REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience in working with BI Publisher, OTBI Reports development with sound knowledge of relevant Subject Areas and Data Models.
• Extensive development experience in Data Modeling, SQL, PLSQL including Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views and Performance Tuning.
• Must have development experience in the Oracle R12 applications, building interfaces, data conversions and application extensions.
• Thorough understanding of Oracle RICE/RICEW terminologies and their implications on implementation.
• Experience of development on APEX will be an added advantage.
