About the role

As a Salesforce Technical Lead, you will make an impact by driving technical solutions and ensuring seamless integration and customization of Salesforce platforms. You will be a valued member of the Salesforce team and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to enhance sales operations and effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

• – Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions to meet business requirements and enhance sales operations.
• – Oversee the customization and development of Salesforce applications ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• – Provide technical expertise in SFDC Identity and Security to safeguard data and maintain system integrity.
• – Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce experience Cloud for improved user engagement.
• – Implement SFDC Sharing and Visibility strategies to ensure appropriate access controls and data sharing.

What you need to have to be considered

• – Strong expertise in SFDC Identity and Security ensuring robust protection of sensitive data.
• – Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud to drive user engagement and satisfaction.
• – Extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization for tailored solutions.
• – Capability in SFDC Sharing and Visibility to manage access controls effectively.
• – Knowledge in Salesforce DevOps for efficient development and deployment processes.

These will help you stand out

• – Understanding of SFDC Data management for accurate reporting and analytics.
• – Skill in SFDC Lightning to improve user interface and experience.
• – Experience in SFDC Integration for seamless system connectivity.
• – Adept at SFDC Configuration to meet specific business requirements.
• – Domain expertise in Sales operations reporting and analytics.

Certifications Required

• – Salesforce Certified Technical Architect
• – Salesforce Certified Identity and Access Management Designer

The annual salary for this position is between $65,000 – $116,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
