How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Contribute to growing revenue and improving customer experiences in North America for Subsea, Products, Services, and Offshore Life Cycle Solutions.
  • Build, manage, and expand demand from current and new customers across various accounts.
  • Define and manage demand for Subsea Products, Services, Solutions, and Offshore Lifecycle Solutions, follow up on offers, and engage in client development.
  • Apply CRM tools to keep close track of accounts, opportunities, and activities, ensuring seamless operations and forecasting.
  • Identify relevant portfolio offerings that can improve customers’ operational efficiency, helping them achieve their goals.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation by setting clear targets and goals, always striving for excellence and not being satisfied with the status quo!

What You Bring

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required; A master’s degree or equivalent experience in electrical and electronic engineering is a plus.
  • 8+ years in the Offshore/Subsea Industry in technical sales and account management with a strong understanding of Siemens Energy “EAD” products, solutions, and services is required; Candidates with more experience may be eligible for a more senior level position.
  • Proven track record in technical and commercial sales in the Americas Region; Deep understanding and existing network within the Oil & Gas, Offshore, and Subsea industries; Experience in the Maritime and Process industries is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel regionally, domestically, and internationally up to 40% of the time.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of working in multi-functional teams and dealing with all levels of management.
  • Strategic and tactical vision, capable of inspiring change with ambitious and high-performing objectives.
