We are currently seeking a ServiceNow Architect to join our highly professional team. The chosen individual will be tasked with delivering innovative solutions involving ServiceNow and working with clients to understand their business needs, configuring, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform to provide practical solutions.

Skills and attributes for success

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an IT leadership and/or ITSM Product lead architect role
• Implemented at least 2 end-end ServiceNow programs that are strategic in nature. Scope must include ITSM, ITOM, ITAM
• Experience should include value/ business case development, rethinking of end-to-end Ops organization structures & processes, and program orchestration across multiple business units in different geographies.
• Expert level understanding of client and server APIs
• Expert level understanding of Java JAR development for the ServiceNow MID Server
• In-depth understanding and hands-on application of Service Management business processes

Ideally, you’ll also have

• ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect
• Experience in engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Consulting experience and background, including engaging directly with clients
