Proposito de Trabajo:
El tecnico de HVAC realiza las actividades de reparaciones e inspecciones de los equipos de utilidades: chillers, AHUs, torres de enfriamiento, exhaust fans, colin coils, sistemas de vacio, etc. Asiste al equipo de instalaciones en los esfuerzos de mantenimiento y reparacion, asi como en la realizacion independiente de tareas definidas.
Responsabilidades:

Mantenimiento y reparacion de unidades de tratamiento de aire, extractores de aire, campanas extractoras, unidades fan coil, serpentines de recalentamiento y otros equipos mecanicos asociados.

Solicita las piezas y el equipo necesario para la reparacion, mantenimiento o la instalacion de equipos nuevos/reparados.

Conocimiento integral de las practicas de Trabajo Seguro, especialmente en lo que respecta al trabajo energizado, trabajo en alturas y espacios confinados.

Capacidad para reconocer, evaluar y mitigar o eliminar el riesgo.
-
Capacidad para comprender y utilizar el equipo de proteccion personal adecuado para las tareas asociadas.
-
Las tareas adicionales incluiran la resolucion de problemas en las llamadas de servicio al cliente para el confort de la temperatura dentro de nuestros edificios. Es posible que sea necesario mantener la precision de la documentacion del sistema y el soporte de nuevos proyectos de instalacion.

Ayudar al equipo de operaciones en el mantenimiento y la reparacion del edificio y del equipo segun las indicaciones del Supervisor.

Documentar los trabajos realizados (ordenes de trabajo) en el sistema CMMS siguiendo las practicas de documentacion GMP.

Solicita a los proveedores propuestas o cotizaciones segun sea necesario para los servicios requeridos.

Informa al Supervisor y ayuda en la busqueda de una solucion a las situaciones que se presenten.

Cumplir con todos los procedimientos, politicas y reglamentos de seguridad escritos de JLL y del cliente.

Reconocer los riesgos de seguridad y proponer metodos para eliminarlos.
-
Mantener el cumplimiento de las ordenanzas, codigos federales y leyes estatales.
-
Completar todos los entrenamientos de seguridad requeridos segun lo asignado y a tiempo.
-
Cumplir con todas las politicas para el almacenamiento seguro, el uso y la eliminacion de materiales peligrosos.
-
Cualquier otro deber o tarea que se le asigne.

Disponibilidad para rotar en multiples turnos.
Requisitos:
-
Estudios en Refrigeracion.
-
Licencia de Tecnico de Refrigeracion.
3 a 5 anos de experiencia como Ayudante de Tecnico de Refrigeracion
Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios rotativos, manana, tarde y noche (incluyendo sabados y domingos).
Disponibilidad para atender emergencias.
Licencia de conducir.
