As a Inbound Contact Centre Sales & Retentions Consultant you’ll be the voice of Optus, and we want you to be an influential and key part of delivering our best customer service and sales!
Be a part of vibrant and successful sales team passionate about selling comprehensive packages. Through providing outstanding service to existing and new customers and resolving issues, you’ll build positive relationships and provide total solutions of services available through Optus. And the good news is that in this role you’ll predominantly be undertaking inbound calling, with some outband calling on warm leads.
Being a Full Time role, you’ll receive a comprehensive package of base salary plus have an opportunity to receive uncapped commission, bringing the total on target earnings of $84000+ per year!
Site bound at our Optus Centre Sydney in Macquarie Park, our campus is filled with green spaces to work and enjoy on your lunch break, countless cafes and eateries, an on-site gym, and collaboration spaces.
You’ll be an energetic, passionate, confident and people focussed individual who has prior success in a contact centre or sales role. You’ll thrive in target driven environment and be able to provide outstanding customer experiences. While it would be amazing if you have worked in the telco industry, this experience is not crucial.
You are a problem solver, negotiator and standout colleague, who can work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with a positive can-do approach. You’ll have exceptional communication skills and a high level of personal accountability, ensuring you take ownership and follow up.
