Under direct supervision and well established guidelines this position performs a variety of routine administrative/secretarial duties to support a department, school/college, program or unit. Duties include greeting visitors, data entry, faxing, filing, answering incoming calls, photocopying, making appointments, ordering supplies, and maintaining files, records, and calendars.

Requisite Qualifications
Typically a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
No previous experience.
Some knowledge of standard office procedures, word processing, spreadsheet, email and databases. (Word, Excel and PowerPoint). Good communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a hybrid position (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
Location
This position is located at the Loyola Law School campus near DTLA.

Salary range
$21.68 – $26.01 Salary commensurate with education and experience.
