We are hiring in the UK for a Permanent contract a Territory Business Manager (covering South Central including key sites Oxford, Berkshire, Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex) to join us as soon as possible.Let’s talk about the team and you:You will join a dynamic team working towards the same goal: help people breathe better.The primary role of the Territory Business Manager is to develop and maintain relationships with the assigned customers and accounts for a location, region or division.Key deliverables include:Acting as the primary contact for operational and tactical issues representing delivery of all services to the customer.Identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts.Working with new and existing distributors on sales plans and be responsible for the implementation.Put in place measures to review distribution performance on periodic basis and take corrective actions to achieve sales targets.Work with multiple data sources to forecast, track and performance in line with business goalsLet’s talk about Responsibilities:The primary objective is accountability for delivering territory growth by selling the company’s products and services to and maintaining relationships with existing and new accountsDeliver ASP maintenance or improvementUtilising SPIN sales methodology, key responsibilities include new account development and expansions of existing accounts within an established geographical regionPlanning and execution of sales strategies to grow revenue and solutions adoptionConnected Care ServicesTarget identification and implementation of ReSupply, digital services such as Insights, AirView and myAirIncrease penetration and breadth of products and services within accountsContracts management and pricing supported by the Contract Manager and Sales ManagerLead on territory strategy, developed from UK Strategy and in conjunction with Sales ManagerWork and align with Clinical Application Specialists in accountsSupport KOL development and managementLet’s talk about qualifications and experience:Degree or equivalent qualification in Sales2 to 5 year’s relevant experience in B2B sales support and/or medical devices industry experienceAbility to travel throughout territory as necessary to achieve results, with 60% – 80% travel expectedHighly motivated with a passion to drive resultsHighly accountable driving continuous improvementSelf-starter with proven leadership qualitiesExcellence in all forms of communicationDemonstrated ability to develop and build strong customer relationshipsAbility to adapt quickly to an international and global companyTeam player with strong work ethic and a can-do attitudeExperience using Salesforce.com (SFDC) or similar customer relationship management (CRM) platformStrong personal computer skills and familiarity with Windows-based software (including MS Office)Additional information:Competitive salary and benefits (Pension, Long-Term Illness Protection, ESPP, Health Insurance…)Car providedCompetitive bonus planAt ResMed, all employees benefit from a bonus plan, the percentage of which depends on your position within the organisationInternal career opportunity – joining an international fast-pace and massively growing companyOk, so what’s next?Joining us is more than saying “yes” to making the world a healthier place.
