General Duties Compile and update the program purchase requests (PRs) and corresponding purchase orders and reconcile the program expenses in consultation with the technical coordinators and the finance team. Work with the program managers and technical coordinators to monitor spending plans, procurement plans, and work plans on a regular basis and keep track of program activity budgets. To follow up on logistics and procurement with support staff for providing the on-time support by support staff for smooth running of program activities Specific Duties: Collect and provide necessary information and contribute to the planning organizing and development of all aspects of the projects support activities. Keep and save the field activities pictures and provide in the required time for preparation of the report. Maintain and efficient filing system for all administrative and operational records and manage program database and documentation for required administrative activities. Work with the program coordinator and managers to regularly update grant information and maintain a list of all donor reporting deadline, field visit reports from the program managers and weekly updates from the field coordinator. Minimum Qualifications: Education: University degree in Finance, Accounting, information technology, social sciences, engineering. Years of Experience: 1 to 2 years’ experience of working in health and WASH related project Skills: Self-motivated, possessing persuasion skills, ability to maintain relationship and able to work on own initiative. Technical Competency: Communication and reporting skills Fluency in Pashto, Dari and English and ability to translate both written and orally. Computer skills (including MS Word, Excel, Access, outlook and internet) an advantage Ability to work closely, professionally, and constructively with all others regardless of nationality, ethnicity, gender, religion, race, tribe, or cultural background Ability to work independently with excellent time management and motivation. Ability to multi-task and manage a diverse portfolio of work with a wide range of stakeholders.
