RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform TIG welding of carts, subassemblies and tables to produce product according to procedures and meeting specifications.
- Read parts lists, blueprints and drawings to weld and assemble products.
- Perform all grinding, buffing and polishing operations to bring products into specifications.
- Perform final assembly of products and sub-assemblies according to procedures and meeting specifications.
- Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, printing labels.
- Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations. Maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
- Assist with assembly operations in other areas as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Requires a high school diploma/GED equivalent, plus 1-3 years related experience
- Ability to operate pneumatic and power tools, welding equipment, polishers, buffers, and lift equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to successfully pass forklift certification.
4 Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs) 3:15 pm – 1:45 am
$29.82/hour + $2.75 shift premium = $32.57/hour
