Title Coordinator

Fully coordinating the transactions with the title and escrow
• Prepare and review preliminary CDs and closing and other invoices, revise as required;
• Provide general closing support and services to underwriting team as transactions are scheduled, including preparing closing packages, compiling escrow documents, coordinating title closers, requesting and obtaining title and tax continuation searches, ;
• Dispatch and coordinate post-closing document distributions as needed per transaction;
• Provide general file management, coordination, and organization;
• Provide general recording document assistance;
• Create, edit, finalize proformas and title policies;
• Create, memorialize, standardize department policies and procedures; and
• Provide general support to other Company employees.

• Degree from accredited college/university (preferred)
• Strong organization and communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer software
• Prior experience in title agency closing/post-closing department(s) – 1 year min, preferred
