TLR for the right candidate.We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Teacher with a specialist focus on KS5 (ability to teach at least one science to A-Level) to join our team. This role offers the potential for a TLR for a candidate who demonstrates strong leadership skills and a commitment to student success at A-Level.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-5, with a specialist focus on at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) at A-Level.
• Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level examinations.
• Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, particularly for advanced learners.
• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles at A-Level.
• Contribute to the overall success of the Science department, with a focus on KS5.
• TLR responsibilities for a candidate demonstrating leadership potential in KS5.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Degree in a Science discipline (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics).
• Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level, with a specialist focus on A-Level.
• Strong subject knowledge and understanding of the Science curriculum, especially at KS5.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated leadership potential in KS5 delivery (for TLR consideration).
• Ability to teach at least one science (Biology, Chemistry, or Physics) to A-Level.
