What You’ll Be Doing as a Business Development Manager:

  • Drive business grows by promoting a comprehensive range of tool hire and construction-related products across Essex, London and Kent.
  • As a key member of the team, the Business Development Manager will focus on proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Building long-lasting relationships with clients, from site managers to procurement teams.
  • Developing bespoke solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
  • Meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintaining accurate records in the CRM system to ensure an organised sales pipeline.
