Salary: £24,000 – £26k + Bonus
Term-Time Hours: 7:00am – 4:00pm / 8:30am – 5:30pm (Shifts)
Reduced Hours During School Holidays : 9:00am – 3:00pm
Holiday: 25 days + Bank Holidays (increasing with service) + Birthday OffAbout the Role:
Your main role will be to support our experienced Senior Consultants to deliver an exceptional candidate and client experience. Your responsibilities will be varied throughout the day, but will include, taking and dealing with incoming customer enquiries, producing high quality marketing for our clients, creating web jobs, shortlisting candidates for roles, filling bookings, and helping with the sourcing and compliance of candidates.Once you’ve had a thorough induction and grounding in what we do, Our Senior consultants will personalize your Trainee Consultant programme to develop your skills and experience further, working to building your very own desk.About You:

• A keen interest in recruitment or education, ideally with experience in either.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and candidates alike.
• Enthusiastic and self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to support others.
