UMUT KADIN TOPLULUĞU ” announces its desire to contract with a trainer in the field of international agreements on women’s rights
The Syrian Women’s Network ” UMUT KADIN TOPLULUĞU ” is a non-profit organization licensed in Turkey since 2015. It works in the field of training and building women’s capacities, advocacy and defending their rights, aiming to build a democratic society based on freedom, justice and gender equality. The network consists of a group of organizations and individuals.
It is currently seeking to attract experts to work within its current projects
Tasks and responsibilities
- Providing specialized training on international agreements related to women’s social, political and economic rights such as
– Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women (CEDAW)
– Beijing Platform for Action
- Enhancing participants’ knowledge of these agreements and their application in the local context
Required qualifications
- A certified trainer certificate and effective training and communication skills
- At least two years of practical experience in this field
- In-depth knowledge of international agreements on women’s rights
