1. Introduction
PROJECTS CLINIC CONSULTING (PCC) is seeking experienced project managers, trainers, experts, and specialists to provide technical training, capacity building, and market research in livelihoods, economic empowerment, TVET, and entrepreneurship in Iraq, Libya, Syria, Turkey, and Sudan. The trainers/experts will work with vulnerable populations, including women, youth, small business owners, farmers, and VSLA groups, TVET to enhance their skills and improve their economic resilience.
2. Scope of Work
The selected experts will be responsible for designing and delivering training sessions in their respective areas of expertise. The training will focus on practical, hands-on learning tailored to the local economic and cultural contexts of the country where they are based.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in knowledge and capacity.
- Develop customized training curriculums adapted to the country-specific economic and social environment.
- Deliver on-the-ground, interactive training sessions using adult learning methodologies.
- Provide mentorship and coaching for trainees post-training.
- Support the development of training manuals and toolkits in the local language.
- Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and impact.
- Prepare and submit detailed training reports and recommendations.

4. Qualifications & Experience
- Must be based in one of the target countries (Iraq, Libya, Syria, Turkey, or Sudan).
- Fluency in English is a must. It is mandatory that the expert/trainer has one of the following local languages:
- Iraq: Arabic (Kurdish is an advantage)
- Libya: Arabic
- Syria: Arabic
- Turkey: Turkish (Arabic is an advantage)
- Sudan: Arabic
- Ukraine: Ukranian
- Postgraduate or relevant qualification in Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, Marketing, Livestock Management, Financial Literacy, or other related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management of livelihood projects, training and capacity building in relevant areas.
- Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering technical training in the region.
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse groups, including women and youth.
- Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, private sector actors, and donor-funded projects.
- Ability to work in challenging and humanitarian settings.
