SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
- Training Administrator working in our Mammoet Academy

Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex, challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Delivering administrative and organisational support to aid the smooth running of projects
- Booking internal and external training courses for all UK employees
- Ensuring information on our Learning Management System (LMS) is kept up to date
- Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
- Creating purchase orders for training invoices
- Liasing with potential clients and offer advice and guidance on training courses
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
- English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
- Experience within a training setting would be advantageous
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline
