WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Delivering administrative and organisational support to aid the smooth running of projects
Booking internal and external training courses for all UK employees
Ensuring information on our Learning Management System (LMS) is kept up to date
Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
Creating purchase orders for training invoices
Liasing with potential clients and offer advice and guidance on training courses
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
English, fluent proficiency verbal and written
Experience within a training setting would be advantageous
Two years of relevant work experience
Intermediate vocational education in an administrative discipline
