Training and Compliance Associate

Location: Fairless Hills, PA

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Training and Compliance Associate to join our team located in Fairless Hills, PA. The Training and Compliance Associate is responsible for providing training, monitoring, and assessment of plant production operations and related issues (i.e., regulatory policy and procedures, safety standards, and best practices) for compressed gases cylinder businesses LG&E East Region.

Responsibilities

• Supports Health, Safety, and Environmental Field Support Team.
• Trains/Audits compliance with policies, programs, and procedures
• Development and review of interactive hands-on training material for production employees.
• Identifies new health and safety programs needs or changes to existing programs.
• Attends operations meetings to review health/safety/compliance concerns and issues.
• Conducts JTO’s designed to promote a measure understanding of company policies, programs, procedures.
• Analyze JTO data looking for trends and opportunities for improvement in our training procedures.
• Conducts site surveys to assure compliance with Corporate Health and Safety policies, programs, procedures and guidelines, and proper work practices needed to maintain a safe and healthful operation and work site.
• Assist with regulatory compliance.
• Refers non-compliance conditions, uncooperative employees, illness, or accident trends to Regional Operations Director.

• B.S. degree in Operations Management or a closely related field preferred or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of progressive production experience.
• Understanding of Linde production procedures.
• Excellent knowledge of Federal and State health, CGA and safety regulations
• Time management & the ability to work with little to no supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• MS Office Suite experience required.
• Ability to work with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Willingness to travel 50%-75% (the majority will be day travel)
