Training Manager
Technical Training Program Manager
Remote w/ 10-20% Travel

$45-$50/HR
Overview:
Coordinate technical training delivery for Cloud Memory portfolio (DRAM, HBM) via the Product Lifecycle (PLM) process.
Focus is on project management, not content creation.
Responsibilities:
Map Needs: Define training roadmaps for PLM milestones.
Align Teams: Partner with Engineering and Business Units to assign content ownership.
Drive Execution: Track milestones and hold cross-functional teams accountable.
Qualifications:
experience: 5-10 years managing tech training/L&D in the semiconductor industry.
Skills: Project management, cross-functional communication, and team influencing.
Knowledge: PLM processes; server, data center, or memory design is a plus.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree; 10%-20% travel.
