Princeton Transitional Care & Assisted Living is a partnership between Signature HealthCARE and Ballad Health bringing a new level of health care services to the Tri-Cities area. The new Princeton Transitional Care will provide a new home for skilled-nursing care and will add 60 assisted living apartments, 47 short-term skilled-nursing and rehab private suites. Overview

PUT YOUR CAREER IN GEAR, and Drive with purpose in your new role as a Transportation Aide. The ideal candidate will be a multi-tasker who enjoys transporting residents as well as working on the floor.

How you Will make a difference

• Transport residents to appointments, community events, and others as needed

• Confirm doctors’ appointments for residents

• Notify family of arrangements regarding appointments

• Monitor daily documentation and filing

• All other duties as assigned

What you Need to make a Difference

• Current Certified Nursing Assistants Certification the state

• Current/active CPR certification

• Valid State Driver’s License with no more than 3 entries; counting accidents, moving violation, and failures to appear

• Customer Service oriented, able to work well under pressure
