Location: 2112-1 Enrico Fermi Dr., San Diego, CA 92154 (Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM PST (subject to change)
Role & Responsibilities:

• Communicate and resolve both major and minor operational issues.
• Support Transportation Management (TM) operations.
• Monitor and ensure on-time delivery against Requested Delivery Dates (RDD) and scheduled appointments.
• Handle customer service responsibilities including track and trace activities.
• Manage and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to transportation.
• Monitor and track shipments, verify in-transit information, and manage customer appointments.
• Provide monthly updates to customers regarding shipment status and delivery performance.
