Molnlycke is seeking a North America Logistics Operations Manager to lead the evolution of our transportation, distribution, and warehouse operations across North America. This highly visible leadership role oversees our transportation carrier network, two 3PL-operated distribution centers, and three warehouse locations, ensuring our logistics network continuously evolves to support business growth, elevate customer experience, and deliver operational excellence. Leading a team of logistics professionals, you will drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus while simplifying processes, reducing complexity, and delivering sustainable cost and service improvements across the supply chain.

Success in this role requires a strong focus on carrier and 3PL performance, leveraging data, strong operational governance, and strategic partnerships to drive superior customer outcomes. You will lead improvement initiatives, champion best practices, and influence system and process enhancements that increase visibility, reduce variability, and improve velocity across the network. Working closely with stakeholders including GCX, SNP, CT, transportation providers, and distribution partners, you will solve complex operational challenges, balance immediate business needs with long-term sustainability, and transform logistics operations into a competitive advantage.

Lead Transformation & Operational Excellence

  • Drive the evolution of Molnlycke’s North America logistics network to support growth, service excellence, and strategic business objectives.
  • Simplify processes, reduce complexity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that improve performance and efficiency.
  • Champion best-in-class logistics practices through data-driven decision-making, operational discipline, and innovation.
  • Lead the Zero Error Logistics 2030 strategy and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the network.

Build and Develop High-Performing Teams

  • Create a culture of accountability, engagement, and customer focus.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop logistics professionals to strengthen organizational capability and future leadership.
  • Align resources and priorities to deliver results in a dynamic and evolving business environment.
  • Inspire teams to embrace change and continuously improve performance.

Elevate Carrier & 3PL Performance

  • Build strong strategic partnerships with carriers and logistics service providers to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
  • Lead performance reviews and business governance processes that drive accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Strengthen carrier and 3PL capabilities through collaboration, performance management, and clear operational expectations.
  • Influence partners to adopt new ways of working that improve service, flexibility, and efficiency.

Deliver Results Through Visibility, Velocity & Cost Leadership

  • Leverage analytics, KPIs, and operational insights to improve network performance and service levels.
  • Drive sustainable cost savings while improving visibility, reducing variability, and increasing velocity across the supply chain.
  • Lead key improvement initiatives, system enhancements, and operational changes that create measurable business value.
  • Balance short-term business needs with long-term operational sustainability and growth.

Key Decisions You’ll Make

  • Logistics network and service provider performance priorities.
  • Resource allocation and operational escalation decisions.
  • Carrier and 3PL governance, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Cost savings, service enhancements, and logistics optimization opportunities.
  • Strategic recommendations that improve customer experience and strengthen supply chain performance.

Compensation & Benefits

The salary range for this role is $145,000 – $160,000 per year and is eligible for annual bonus

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree required, with a preferred supply chain management concentration
  • At least 8 – 10 years of Warehouse management experience
  • At least 5+ years of Transportation experience including using a Transportation Management System; with a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience (people manager)
  • Demonstrated ability to take ownership of problems by performing root cause analysis and driving corrective actions.
  • Experience from working with supply chain related activities, such as planning, warehousing & transportation
  • Proficient in all MS-Office applications
  • SAP & TMS Knowledge (preferably Mercury Gate)
