Honor Foods is hiring a Transportation Supervisor to lead daily delivery operations, supervise CDL drivers and dispatchers, and ensure DOT compliance and safety standards in a fast-paced distribution environment.

What You’ll Do

• Supervise CDL Drivers & Dispatchers

• Manage routes, schedules, and delivery performance

• Ensure DOT, FMCSA, and OSHA compliance

• Monitor ELD logs and safety practices

• Coordinate fleet maintenance and repairs

• Partner with Warehouse & Sales to resolve delivery issues

• Coach, train, and support transportation team members

What We’re Looking For

• 3 to 5+ years in transportation, logistics, or fleet supervision preferred

• Knowledge of DOT regulations & driver management

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Appian Daily Planner or similar routing software, Drive Cam, Geotab and similar ELD systems, Zonar, or WMS a plus

• Active CDL class A license preferred but not required
