Trauma Nurse Navigator – Registered Nurse Lead (RN Lead)

Weekly Working Hours: 40 hours per week

Shift: 7am to 4pm (no weekends, no holidays)

The Trauma Nurse Navigator – RN Lead provides clinical navigation and continuity-of-care support for high-risk trauma patients across the hospitalization, discharge, and early recovery period. The role serves as a consistent point of contact for patients and families while coordinating with trauma surgery, orthopedics, neurosurgery, medicine, rehabilitation, behavioral health, social work, care management, payers, and post-acute facilities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) in nursing (Required)
  • RN – Registered Nurse License (Required)
  • CPR – Basic CPR (Required)
  • Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required)
  • 2 years of nursing experience in trauma, emergency nursing, critical care, surgery, care coordination, case management, rehabilitation, or a related clinical specialty preferred
  • Charge Nurse, supervisory or leadership experience preferred

Salary Range: Minimum 47.96/hour – Maximum 74.34/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
