We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate Treatment Nurse (LVN or RN) to join our care team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality wound care and treatment services while collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Perform dressing changes, wound assessments, and specialized skin treatments
• Monitor and document the healing progress of ulcers, incisions, and other skin concerns
• Communicate effectively with physicians and families regarding resident care plans
• Evaluate residents’ nutrition and hydration needs related to wound healing, recommending adjustments as needed
• Review lab results to identify and respond to signs of infection
• Educate staff on wound prevention and treatment protocols
• Step in to assist with floor staffing as needed to ensure uninterrupted resident care

What You Bring

• Active LVN or RN license in good standing with the state
• Experience in wound care and treatment procedures preferred
• Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative care team
• A compassionate, resident-centered approach to nursing
