Truck Wash Crew Leader – Iowa Falls, IA

JOB PURPOSE

Interact in daily operation of truck wash and bio-dry facilities to ensure requirements of proper sanitation, inspection, scheduling and procedures are being followed.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS

• Create daily and weekly truck wash and bio-dry schedules to meet the requirements of live haul, mortality reclaim, maintenance and production operation
• Enforce proper washing and bio-dry procedures are being followed by all team members in accordance with company guidelines
• Submit facility and equipment maintenance items in a timely manner and contact appropriate personnel
• Interact, assist, and train truck wash team members as needed
• Conduct proper inspection on all equipment washed at the facility
• Complete daily wash log, bio-dry log, and other truck wash reports as directed by management
• Operate shag truck and skid steer in a safe manner and ensure daily inspection prior to use

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred; 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience

• Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job-related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level.

• Clear motor vehicle record (MVR)
