Pay Rate: $18.00 – $24.00 per hour
Shift: Monday – Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (4-day workweek)

A growing residential construction manufacturer is seeking aTruss Builderto join its production team.Thisis a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, readingbuilddrawings, and contributing to high-quality construction materials used in homebuilding projects. With a consistent weekday schedule, a 4-day workweek, androom to growwithin a stable operation, this role offers both reliability and long-term potential.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2-3 years of experience in carpentry, truss building, construction, or a related manufacturing environment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to qualityworkmanship
• Ability to liftupto 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks
• Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials
• Dependable, punctual, and safety-conscious mindset
• Ability to stand for the duration of an entire shift and work effectively in a manufacturing environment

What You’ll Do – Job Duties

• Read and interpret building drawings, blueprints, and plans to determine truss specifications
• Select, prepare, and handle lumber and other materials for truss assembly
• Assemble roof and floor trusses using hand tools and power tools according to specifications
• Inspect completed trusses to ensure quality, accuracy, and safety standardsare met
• Follow all safety procedures and use the required personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Maintain accurate documentation of materials used, trusses built, and production issues
