To provide administrative support to Managers and Directors of Rathbones Trust Company Limited to provide first class services to a portfolio of high-net-worth families and trust structures.
Outcomes of the Role
Scanning, filing and allocation of incoming post.
Diary/Email management for Managers/Directors.
Handling travel & expense requests.
Processing client payments.
Handling charitable grant requests and keeping grants database up to date.
Attendance at client meetings and minute taking.
Providing cover during periods of absence.
Handling client and internal queries (telephone/email) in a professional manner.
Scanning company documentation and filing within CCH systems.
Data entry within CCH.
Internal form completion – new clients, closures.
Safe records.
Peer review preparation.
Billing.
Other administrative tasks as required by the team.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Strong communication skills.
Highly organised with excellent time management.
Proactive approach.
Maintaining excellent accuracy/attention to detail at all times including whilst under pressure
Ability to work using own initiative as well as part of a team.
Minimum A Levels or equivalent – Diploma, HNC, HND etc
Previous volume administration experience in a regulated environment – financial services, accountancy, legal, banking.
Strong IT skills, proficient in MS Office applications, CCH experience useful.
