Main Purpose of the role of Trust Operations Manager.To lead the team providing administration for the range of trust and financial products. To develop the administration service as new technology support is introduced and additional platforms and products are added.Key Responsibilities:
Key Qualifications & Attributes:
o Experience in trust administration within financial services, legal, or accountancy sectors.
o Proven experience in a leadership, supervisory, or managerial role. * Professional Qualifications:o Holding or actively pursuing the STEP Trust and Estate Practitioner designation is highly preferred. * Skills & Competencies:
o Strong numeracy and literacy skills, with a university degree or equivalent level of education preferred.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant IT tools.
o Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with clients and stakeholders.
o Strong analytical skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
