We are seeking a talented and passionate a UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will contribute to creating exceptional user experiences across various digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design Concepts: Collaborate with designers and developers to create innovative and user-friendly design concepts for websites, mobile applications, and other digital products.
• Wireframing and Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to visualize design ideas and facilitate user testing.
• User Research: Understand or can conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Design Systems: Understand fundamentals of the development and maintenance of design systems, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
• Collaboration: Work closely with design & product managers, developers, and other team members

Requirements:

• Education: Design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma & Adobe creative Suite
• Strong understanding of user interface and user experience principles.
• Ability to create visually appealing and intuitive designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

Bonus Points:

• Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries will be considered.
• Keen to work on animation also a plus
