A well-established organization operating within healthcare administration and utilization management is seeking a detail-driven UM Support Analyst to support prior authorization workflows through precise administrative and data entry activities. This temporary, full-time opportunity is ideal for an experienced support professional who thrives in structured environments, manages multiple systems with ease, and values accuracy in every step of the process.

Hours & Pay

• Pay Rate: $18.50-$24.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM-5:30 PM
• Employment Type: Temporary
• Location: Onsite in Mason, Ohio
• Assignment Duration: Through March 31, 2026

Daily Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain prior authorization data across multiple systems
• Support documentation workflows to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Perform administrative tasks related to utilization management and authorization processing
• Make outbound notification calls to providers and members regarding authorization status
• Review data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
• Navigate multiple systems efficiently while meeting productivity and quality standards
• Maintain organized records in compliance with internal procedures

Required Qualifications

• Prior experience in an administrative, data entry, or healthcare support role
• Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and critical-thinking skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Prior experience supporting prior authorization workflows preferred
• Ability to lift and move items weighing 20-40 pounds as needed
