Description of the Assignment: The TICAD Communication Consultant will support strategic communications, advocacy, and outreach for TICAD9, ensuring high-quality content development, media engagement, and knowledge management of Japan-funded projects. The consultant will work closely with UNDP/RBA TICAD Unit, the TICAD Partnership Specialist in Tokyo, and other stakeholders to enhance TICAD’s visibility and impact.

 

Period of assignment/services: 1 March 2025 – 30 September 2025 (8 months).

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
